This picture was taken at the E street post office in downtown San Diego. This post office is a popular spot for homeless people do sleep. It has a lot of graffiti. The sign has two stickers. In the upper left corner is a sticker that is now white. It probably was a shipping label which is often used by graffiti and street artists. On the arrow of the one way sign there is a sticker that I believe has the letters hem and other writing which has been obscured. Over this sticker is the letters SAPTZ in red writing with an circle above the A. I have no idea what these letters signify. The information for the post office is as follows.
